Our site hoarding gates can be made to any size, although our standard sizes of 5 Metres and 6 metres wide are available off the shelf, for immediate despatch.
Gates are available as frame only, ply clad or mesh clad. Our gates incorporate inverted hinges, for added security, drop bolts and a male/female slider-type locking system.
Posts are constructed using 100mm x 100mm x 5mm box section
Bespoke gate sizes can be made, including bi-fold and integrated pedestrian gates.
Specification
Gate Frame
50mm x 50mm x 3mm box section, with mitred welded corners. Male/female locking system incorporated within frame.
16mm drop bolt fitted to each gate.
Gate Coverings
Two options.
12mm exterior grade ply screws to external face of frames.
Or, 25mm x 3mm square mesh welded to external frame.
Posts
100mm x100mm x 5mm square hollow section posts, with welded inverted hinges for added security. Posts length allows for 750mm embedment.
Gates and posts are finished in black smooth Hammerite.
Timber cladding left self-colour for painting to match site requirements.
