Our construction site gates can be made to any size, although our standard sizes of 5 meters and 6 meters wide are available off the shelf, for immediate despatch.

Description

Gates are available in either ply or mesh clad. All gates incorporate inverted hinges, for added security, drop bolts and a male/female slider-type locking system. Posts are constructed using 100mm x 100mm x 5mm box section

Bespoke gate sizes can be made, including bi-fold and integral pedestrian gates.

Specification

Gate Frame
50mm x 50mm x 3mm box section, with mitred welded corners. Male/female locking system incorporated within the frame. 16mm drop bolt fitted to each gate.

Gate Coverings
Two options.
Timber Cladding
12mm exterior grade ply screws to the external face of frames.
Mesh Cladding
25mm x 3mm square mesh welded to the external frame.

Posts
100mm x100mm x 5mm square hollow section posts, with welded inverted hinges for added security. Posts length allows for 750mm embedment.
Gates and posts are finished in black smooth or Enviornmental Green Hammerite.
Timber cladding left self-colour for painting to match the site's requirements.
